The only good part of this experience was the sales man.Took 6 weeks to get product.
We don't think carpet is correct but can't prove it as they don't leave a sample. Hard wood was delivered day of install and it needs to acclimate so we had to reschedule. Carpet installers did not want to move furniture and part of the deal was free furniture moving. They also miss cut and patched our new carpet so now it's technically damaged.
Worst of all when we called to express our dissatisfaction the manager basically could have cared less.Don't use them!!!!!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of 651 carpets carpet installation and associated monetary loss in the amount of $4100. 651 Carpets needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
